ABOUT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase products or services through Doodle Works Productions’ web site. If you are unable to understand, or have any questions about these Terms please contact Doodle Works Productions. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions before you submit an order to Doodle Works Productions. Please note that these Terms are subject to change so review and save or print a copy of the current terms and conditions prior to each order that you submit. 1.2 Company information Doodle Works Productions 880 Marietta Hwy, Suite 630 Roswell, GA 30075 1.3 The products available through the web site are sold and delivered to you by Doodle Works Productions. 1.4 These Terms do not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products. 1.5 The sales contract will be concluded in English language.

ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

2.1 Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase a product or service. Orders are subject to Doodle Works Productions acceptance and may be refused at Doodle Works Productions discretion, for example in cases where: " Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided. " There is an error on the web site relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web site. " The products that you have ordered are no longer available in the web site. 2.2 After Doodle Works Productions receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact Doodle Works Productions before you try to place another order for the same product. 2.3 You will receive an email when your order has been processed to confirm that your order has been accepted. 2.4 If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Doodle Works Productions’ order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact Doodle Works Productions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

3.1 Doodle Works Productions will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the web site, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and Doodle Works Productions may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. Doodle Works Productions will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.

CUSTOMER INITIATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

4.1 You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact Doodle Works Productions. If your order has not already been processed (i) for the Event Tickets you will be able to request a refund within the allotted time, and (ii) for other products you will be able to request a replacement of the product: please see Return Policy.

DELIVERY

5.1 In some cases some products might not be available for all countries. You will be informed of any such territorial restrictions before you can purchase the product. 5.2 Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. Any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries will be paid by you. 5.3 Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, Doodle Works Productions cannot promise that they are accurate. 5.4 Doodle Works Productions reserve the right to deliver the ordered products in separate shipments. 5.5 Product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Doodle Works Productions has received full payment for the product. As soon as Doodle Works Productions has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

6.1 The product price is always the price indicated in the web site when you place your order. 6.2 Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the web shop. Online payment methods are provided by PayPal. 6.3 Payments by credit and debit cards: If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, Doodle Works Productions’ will act solely as the marketer of the respective payment method and will provide the products to the customer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by the payment method provider. With regard to payments made by credit or debit card, the payment method provider acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and the payment method provider. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment. 6.4 Online banks: In some countries purchases will also be possible via online payment systems. These services will be offered via Doodle Works Productions’ payment partners in accordance with their terms.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

7.1 Refunds or exchanges in case of a faulty product. If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a product that is sold and delivered to you by Doodle Works Productions which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, which does not correspond to the description on the web site, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and Return Policy. This provision does not set-aside your mandatory legal rights in this respect. 7.2 Refunds for non-faulty merchandise. You can exercise the right to cancel an order for product sold and delivered to you by Doodle Works Productions within ten (10) days from the date that the product is received in accordance and pursuant to the terms of Return Policy. This does NOT include event tickets. 7.3 Event Tickets and Event purchases are non-refundable.

LIABILITY

8.1 Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited. 8.2 Doodle Works Productions will not be liable to you for: • any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill; • any loss or corruption of or damage to data or • any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either breach of a contract or breach of legal duty of care.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

9.1 When you create your Doodle Works Productions you will be providing Doodle Works Productions with your personal information. You agree that Doodle Works Productions may disclose personal information to Doodle Works Production’s Vendors in connection with the sale of products. Doodle Works Productions will use your personal information to process your order and for the delivery of the products ordered and for other limited purposes. Doodle Works Productions will never sell or otherwise proliferate your personal information to any third parties.

GENERAL TERMS EVENTS AND EVENT TICKETS

10.1 The contract for sales of products will be solely between you and Doodle Works Productions. 10.2 The holder hereof voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including bodily injury and death, whether occurring prior to, during or following the event. The holder releases management, venue, promoters, participants, organizers, Doodle Works Productions and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claims related to, arising out of or incidental to the event or the holder’s presence thereat. 10.3 This ticket is a revocable license to enter the venue at the date and time listed on the front hereof. Management of the event reserves the right, without the obligation to provide a full or partial refund, to refuse entry to or eject any person for any reason deemed necessary in the sole discretion of management for the safe and orderly operation of the event (including disorderly, vulgar or abusive conduct) or for the enforcement of policies applicable to the event (including these terms or other posted policies). 10.4 No refunds or exchanges except as required by applicable law and permitted by Management of the event. The event will take place rain or shine and the holder bears all risks of inclement weather. Artists subject to change. Event date and time subject to change. Ticket will not be replaced if lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed unless otherwise expressly agreed by management. Ticket is not redeemable for cash. 10.5 Resale and/or transfer of the ticket are prohibited and any such resale and/or transfer is void to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws. Any such unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in cancellation of the ticket and/or refusal of entry to the holder hereof without refund. Tickets not obtained directly from the primary seller (i.e., management of the event) may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or invalid and will be void and holder assumes all risks of purchasing a ticket other than directly from the primary seller (i.e., management of the event), including being excluded from the event without refund. In the event that prohibition on resale and/or transfer of the ticket is prohibited by applicable laws, maximum resale restrictions may apply. Reproduction or counterfeiting of this ticket is prohibited. 10.6 This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of management. 10.7 The holder consents to the use of his or her image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any recorded audio, photograph, video or other publication of the event. Certain items may be prohibited by the policies of management, venue, promoters, participants or organizers. The holder consents to being searched from time to time (including upon entry to the event) for any prohibited items and the seizure of such items if found. In case of seizure, such items shall not be returned.
